We provide supported accommodation and community-based support for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in London.
Our supported accommodation gives homeless and vulnerable people the specialist support they need to find stability and move on in their lives. At any one time, our hostels and supported housing can accommodate up to 530 homeless adults and 70 care leavers and young people at risk.
As well as providing secure accommodation, these services offer intensive 1-1 support to tackle the underlying causes of homelessness, including drug and alcohol addiction, mental ill-health, offending and family breakdown.
Our community-based support helps people who may be at risk of homelessness to maintain their own tenancies and continue to live independently. These services work with people facing a wide range of problems, from debt and rent arrears to mental and physical health problems or domestic violence. Providing the right support at the right time can be crucial in preventing these issues from escalating and leading ultimately to homelessness.
To deliver these services to those who need them most, we work in partnership with local authorities across more than 20 London boroughs.
